Yoga Barre Fusion Guide
Anna Luna is a 200-hr RYT in Vinyasa Flow and has been practicing yoga over the past 13 years. She is also certified in Chair Vinyasa by The Ha-tha Yoga Method, and recently completed training as a Barre Above instructor. She loves teaching all levels and combining her various knowledge of styles of yoga, fitness and dance to create her own method that is accessible to everyone. She also brings her breathing technique experience, not only from yoga, but also from her past vocal training and B.A. in Theatre Arts from Drew University.
Tiffany considers herself a lifelong student of Parvathi Nanda Nath Saraswati, a Tantric adept of the Sri Vidya lineage. Since 2002 she has studied on and off with her, learning the methodologies that include asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, fire ceremonies and sadhanas for deepening practice. Prior to that Tiffany was a professional ballet dancer and classically trained at some of the best schools of the country. She combines that knowledge of the mechanics of the body to the understanding of the self that goes beyond the physical body. She has a 3 year old son that she now considers to be her sadhana and is grateful to Lynette for opening a yoga center so close to her, so that she can fulfill her dharma of passing along these teachings.
Yin Yoga Guide
Bridget started her yoga journey about 4 years ago initially to improve her flexibility. Always an active athlete, growing up playing soccer, tennis and running track, she has had a strong connection with her body. Although her initial journey was to develop a more flexible body, she gained so much more. As her yoga practice and interest began to develop, she found herself attracted to Ayurveda, pranayama and the mind body connection. She enjoys the relationship between breath work, mindfulness and movement which she actively displays in her classes. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Ibiza, Spain at Lilypod Yoga and Ayurveda school. Recently she became certified in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. She hopes to transfer her positive outlook on life and open mindedness onto all her students regardless of strength, and/or flexibility making her classes accessible to all. Her goal is to teach yoga as a pathway to listen to the inner voice and engage the inner wisdom inside all of us. Off the mat, Bridgett enjoys working with a non-profit, Life with joy, a living and learning community of young adults with Autism. She loves to exercise, run, hike, garden and speak about all of her passions publicly.
