Tru Antigravity Aerial Yoga
This swath of soft fabric, suspended from the ceiling, supports your body in poses and allows your body to work against gravity, helping you get deeper into stretches. It also means you can do many supported inversions, which results in health benefits unique to aerial yoga. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. Suspended yoga strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.
Tru Roots is a 60 minute class designed for beginner students who seek to develop a regular yoga practice. During each class students will be introduced to the yoga philosophy, benefits of a regular yoga practice, classic yoga poses, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques in their everyday lives – a great way to relieve stress and increase flexibility and strength. Tru Roots class will confidently prepare you for mixed level classes. Wear clothing that lets you move and breathe. Suitable for all levels.
Everyone is welcome in Tru Mixed multi-level class. Teachers teach to who is there, respecting limit and encouraging each student’s capacity. This is a full spectrum class where every category of pose will be taught in each class. Suitable for all levels. 60 mins.
Tru Power Hour
Energizing, Expanding, Powerful. Tru Power begins with energizing sun salutations, core strengthening that leads into an alignment-focused standing postures. Techniques for inversions and arm balances are explored and the class winds down with cooling seated poses and detoxifying spine twists. Intermediate level. Get ready to sweat!
A slower-paced class for all levels, from a novice to advanced practitioners. Enjoy 60 minutes of 7-10 deeply rejuvenating restorative poses, held for longer periods of time – leaving you feeling renewed and clear in your body, mind + heart. These gentle poses with the use of props will assist you to open, expand and completely relax. Great way to do yoga without risk of injury. Release stress and find balance in Tru Restorative.

Tru Meditate & Antigravity Meditation
Peace of mind, calmness and clarity are attained when you create a powerful connection to your most visualized self. Guided meditation techniques from a variety of traditions are offered in the comfort of a cushion or mat. Begin with Pranayama techniques that consciously manipulate the breath in order to nourish and heal the body and mind in preparation for meditation. Pranayama and Meditation is the heart and mind of the yoga practice. Tru Meditate refines breathing and stillness of the mind ultimately informs and transforms the mind and body. Tru Chakra Flow
There are 7 energy centers along our spines that connect our inner self and physical bodies, known as the Chakras. When the Chakras are aligned, it allows for energy to flow freely throughout the body for a greater physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental balance. In this 75 minute class, every yoga pose and flow will focus on exploring each of the Chakras, using asana, chants, mantra, pranayama, and meditation. Suitable for all levels.
Tru Teen yoga classes are designed for teens (ages 12 and up) to explore a yoga practice focused on a positive body image, breathing to reduce anxiety, strengthening and core work. Our goal is to increase focus and learning the poses in a joyful way in order to build a lifelong practice. 60 mins.
