AntiGravity Yoga with Tru Nature

This swath of soft fabric, suspended from the ceiling, supports your body in poses and allows your body to work against gravity, helping you get deeper into stretches. It also means you can do many supported inversions, which results in health benefits unique to aerial yoga. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. Suspended yoga strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.

Tru Sweedish Massage

Tru Sweedish Massage

Swedish massage reduces stress and creates a state of deep relaxation through soothing rhythmic strokes applied with appropriate pressure. The therapist will typically massage the entire body over the course of the session, spending a little time in each area to reduce muscle tension and deepen relaxation. Clients will often feel well rested and calm after each session. This form of bodywork is ideal for anyone looking to relax, improve circulation, and reduce stress.

Tru Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is 35 minute applied pressure therapy that involves stimulating reflex points that are located on the foot. These foot reflex points correspond to specific areas of the body and when used singly or in combination, produce therapeutic benefit. Reflexology promotes healing by stimulating the nerves in the body and encouraging the flow of blood. Perfect add-on to a 60 minute massage or stand alone relaxation. Ask for details.

Tiffany

Tiffany

Yoga Guide

Tiffany considers herself a lifelong student of Parvathi Nanda Nath Saraswati, a Tantric adept of the Sri Vidya lineage. Since 2002 she has studied on and off with her, learning the methodologies that include asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, fire ceremonies and sadhanas for deepening practice. Prior to that Tiffany was a professional ballet dancer and classically trained at some of the best schools of the country. She combines that knowledge of the mechanics of the body to the understanding of the self that goes beyond the physical body. She has a 3 year old son that she now considers to be her sadhana and is grateful to Lynette for opening a yoga center so close to her, so that she can fulfill her dharma of passing along these teachings.

Bridget

Bridget

Yin Yoga Guide

Bridget started her yoga journey about 4 years ago initially to improve her flexibility. Always an active athlete, growing up playing soccer, tennis and running track, she has had a strong connection with her body. Although her initial journey was to develop a more flexible body, she gained so much more. As her yoga practice and interest began to develop, she found herself attracted to Ayurveda, pranayama and the mind body connection. She enjoys the relationship between breath work, mindfulness and movement which she actively displays in her classes. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Ibiza, Spain at Lilypod Yoga and Ayurveda school. Recently she became certified in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. She hopes to transfer her positive outlook on life and open mindedness onto all her students regardless of strength, and/or flexibility making her classes accessible to all. Her goal is to teach yoga as a pathway to listen to the inner voice and engage the inner wisdom inside all of us. Off the mat, Bridgett enjoys working with a non-profit, Life with joy, a living and learning community of young adults with Autism. She loves to exercise, run, hike, garden and speak about all of her passions publicly.
